You don't need to post a new forum for each question. Just ask members on the forums you've already created. Anyways, to actually answer your question. You can get points either by posting non-spam messages in places like General Discussion, Computer and Tech, etc. Places that don't count towards your forum points are the Spam Corner, which isn't actually for spam, but more so just chatting about useless stuff and Introductions or donation (located in top right corner of every page) - I think the current rate for donating is 10 points per $1. And although it might seem like forever to earn, lets say 100 points for "BillyBuyer 2.0", it actually won't take long if you're active.
