yes it can, you have to write to them tho but even then theres no guarantee that you can get it back

If you self froze than there's a good chance, my friend self froze and she got her account back. But if TNT thought you broke any rules, well, good luck on getting your account back :?

 

I have never ben un ced, and i've been iced for no reason at all. its very hard to get un iced.
