I am about to sell a lot of WoW gold to this random person.

How can I secure the payment so that he doesn't charge back?

I'm going to get him to send me the money via gift but you can still claim you were hacked (and have a chance of getting the money back).

What can I do about this?

Should I get two PayPal accounts? The first one takes the money and then transfers it to my second PayPal account?

In this case, how should I get another PayPal account? Do I make an Australian PayPal account so that it doesn't need to be verified? Do I get a Prepaid Debit card to verify an account? If so, which one?
