Do I get upgraded to a Level I or a Level II after the whole "newbie" stage. How many posts do I have to make before I get to the next level and if there are awards, what would they be? Thanks guys.

You actually need to read all of them, not just skim through them. Also, you should add more structure to your posts; 90% of them seem to be a line or less. search.php?author_id=9950&sr=posts
