Try to find that source of stress, and find out why that thing is stressing you.

From there, attempt to keep a positive attitude and keep plugging away at it.

Also just exercising and doing what you love is a good idea.

    lol McCheezie!!!

I just get no sleep and work until I get the things done that's stressing me. Or I just procrastinate and feel depressed about it.

Sorry but I speak the truth! From personal experience. My job being a retail manager is super stressful...especially during this time. I come home and have a few shots and it dissapears and also helps me sleep well even though I get to sleep 5 hours max before I go back in to work :( but there is a girl that wrote a article about "burnout" and it is really good. google it

I know, I usually get a glass of wine after work because I fall right asleep :p But I think I sleep worse when drunk. And I know it's crazy that I get drunk after one glass, irdk what is going on XD
Is it the Preventing Burnout article? Or do you have a link? Too many articles out there.

Exercising helps me, especially running around the neighbor.

  12. I would like to give some tips to reduce and control stress. Drink one water glass during feel stress, it will helps you for some time. Go to out side and enjoy out side activity. Stop much more negative thinking and think about positive movement. Do some stretching exercise because it is reduce mind stress.

drinking wine apparently helps, just one glass a night though, too much will cause you more problems than it does benefits

One way I control stress, or at least calm down when I'm stressed is go
"I have done all that I can, there is nothing more I can do"
or repeat to myself "what will happen will happen"
I then take a few deep breaths and exhale slowly. This usually does the trick.
