Does having a Visa mean that you don't count as "international" when attending a college {UC Berkeley or LA}? The international fee for UCLA is 50grand, it's crazy :/ I can never afford it, and i've never really explored this area before so I think i'm already too late. Also, my HS transcript is HORRIBLE, i've had 50s and 60s until now, which i'm getting something over 80s and colleges might see that as a bad starting point for me. I don't know what's in the SATs, I don't know how to study for it..and I think i'm already too late cuz people start to apply NOW, but I don't finish or START some classes till January... If anyone have loan info and stuff it'd be great. I feel so sad being in Canada, it's limiting me to what I want, even if I have the marks to get in :/ I google'd a lot of stuff for the past month, but the info don't exactly help people in Canada a great deal. There's pretty much no hope for me is there?
That's the really huge one isn't it?? :/ I don't know if you've seen this one: But it's the only one we have at the book store. http://www.chapters.indigo.ca/books/Off ... op+Sellers
