When sending request the sender to send the money as a "Gift"!
When they do this, they can't chargeback the payment.

Edit : This should be a sticky in the Blackmarket ;)

Or create two accounts, ask them to send he money to the non credit card account, then after receiving the money, send it to your credit card linked account.

I've never "verified" this but I'm aware of it and usually ask people on other forums to send me money using this method.

your balance can go negative when somebody does a chargeback. although i suppose you could just make a new account but then youll probably just get your account limited

So i did some more in depth search into this :

When using the gift system, the buyer CANNOT file a dispute against you via Paypal.

However, if they decide to file a dispute via their CC, then yes it's possible.
Since the CC company is totally different than PP :
CC Company > PP > You
So then the PP company is forced to take money from your account.
