You get forum cash genrally in two ways: 1. Posting non-spam messages on all boards except the spam corner. 2. Donating through paypal using the paypal button at the top right of this page. Occasionally there are contests run which award forum cash too... but recently not soo many There is talk of a slightly modified rewards system coming into play - when and how that works is yet to be decided. Just myths amoungst the mods and I think level V members now too.
