How to self freeze?

Any advice? I ABed a lot and self froze the account and transfered 3.3 mil over to my new 18 monther. Think it's safe, or should I lay low for awhile? I won't be autobuying anymore, I'm goin legit now.

 

lay low for a few weeks then get premiun

 

lay low until say wednesday or friday

I can't paint a pet, as that's spending neopoints that aren't technically mine
