How to use the Neopets Spiderer ?

    i have just downloaded it from the dl section....but the file is a .PL

    My computer used the NotePAD to open it...how does it work?

    I have downloaded a file called "libwww-perl-5.805.tar.gz" from http://www.linpro.no/lwp/

    but i still dunno how to use it....it doesn't seems to be a software =.=''

    i am not a professional programmer....as u... >_< can anyone kindly teach me?

    i think there is a tutorial in the tutorial section... or in the announcements. sorry i couldn't have been more help...
