Hey, can anybody give me the code to make a form on a webpage so that the answers go to my e-mail. I did it before a few years back and I forget now.

a good free form builder is cofeecup form builder , the form created is actually a flash form

After you make your form, Click View Page Source. Copy EVERYTHING, and put that on your webpage. You can remove the Ads at the bottom

The results will be sent to you, and posted in your formsite account. Remember to clean that folder out once and a whie
