well i think it is new
i have two neopet acconts going at the same time
u can put on internet explorer and i have another on firefox
i use both at the same time and still havent been frozen yet
transerfed lots of neopoints and items through them

It doesn't. I do that too, but it doesn't protect you. You still have the same IP.

people use it to transfer pet and i didnt read anywhere at rules that using 2 browsers is against the rules

is it possible to use a proxy on one browser, and no proxy on the other browser? so the ip addresses will be different? or does proxy affect all browsers? :?

 

I use that to have fun with people on the neoboards and also to get both of my dailes done at once. But my stupid stepdad keeps uninstalling firefox when I need it for pet transfers. :evil:

 

yes, firefox has an option to use a proxy in it, and an add on, and just affect firefox, so you have a proxy at firefox and your ip at IE

 

I use this quite often myself, I use it for transfering pets and buying items for faerie quests and then just send the items to myself.
