    I got it by getting 3 items and making a Rainbow Spell of Jetsam Transforming.

    I've been trying for days! Maybe it helped that it is Halloween?

    Not telling because you'll just be jealous psshh..
    I did attempt to get it by doing 20 quests a day for a couple of months, but I was never that lucky :/
