Ok, so I got a FFQ today (YAY first one ever XD *does happy dance*) the only problem is that it's on my AB account. :| I want to use it and keep the pet on one of my legit accounts. So what I'm thinking of doing, is using the NP on the account to get a MP to use before the FFQ, and then transfer and ice the account. The reason I want to ice it is because the pet transfer might look a little suspicious since my AB account is an under 13 and I won't really be able to NM or have any communication with the receiving account. Would self icing it be the best idea? Would it be enough to cover the tracks and save the receiving account? How would you go about it?

If any of that is unclear or you need more info, just ask :)

Well without being able to have communication between the two accounts it might look a little suspicious, self icing would be smart but it may not cover you enough especially if its a self ice, you could try to do something else, not serious, to get you ice like posting an off site link in trades or something like that that way TNT freezes you and it wont look AS suspicious, also is it the same IP? If it is, then you can argue it was your brother/sisters account if you do get iced and thus have a better chance of getting the account back

Well I can't post anything in trades or on the boards because it's an under 13 and doesn't have access to it. On the trading post all I can do is put up my items, no wishlists. I can either have it on the same IP and send it to a middle account first before sending it over to my legit account after. Or I can Send it straight to my legit account with two seperate IPs. Does TNT pay a lot of attention to pet transfers?

tnt dont look at everything ie pet transferring unless they think something suspicious is going on for example transferring a pet then freezing that account looks suspicious. Why cant you just transfer over to your main and forget about the account which had the pet on before ?

I don't think it matters wether you have communication with the other account or not
is the AB account on a proxy? if so, I don't think there will be a problem

Not a proxy but a separate IP. So you think that I should transfer a very expensive pet over to my legit account... without any form of communication?? It just seems like it throws up red flags to me.. maybe I'm just being paranoid

Yea it's kind of bittersweet if you think about it  I can either make it simple and risky, or confusing and semi-safe....

Maybe you were having some type of conversation with the receiver off site, it was a friend or something. TNT would have no proof that you didn't know the person you were trading to. =)

Good Point! I thought about that before. As long as the accounts had no other contact, just transfering the pet over then they'd have nothing on me. Right??

I think either you look at it, it's still risky.
    1) you do it send the pet then self ice and they don't care
    2) you do it and they do care and ice you
    3) you do it leave it for a while and if it doesn't get iced then transfer and self ice

    That is correct. =D
I don't even know what they COULD freeze you for. You traded an expensive pet. That's against the rules because...?

PS chau try not to double post. Use the edit button =)

Well from everything, I'm pretty sure the best thing to do is to use a middleman (already had someone offer to help me <3), transfer the pet to their account, let it sit there for awhile, then have them transfer it over to my legit account. I may or may not self ice the account, but probably not right away since it would be too obvious something fishy was going on

I thought I'd officially state it, I'd recommend sending the pet somewhere and self icing afterwards
I /heard/ once that TNT loses your records once you self ice, which makes sense: when the account is out of existence, why would they waste space holding on to info?

Self icing also makes item transferring safe, so why not pet transferring?

Yea I guess it wouldn't hurt to self ice right away huh? But I thought that it doesn't really get them off your tail, just slows them down o_O

Any deterrent is a good deterrent!
I've never been frozen for transferring anything when I self freeze, but both times I DIDN'T self freeze, I got caught

    So my two cents
