i need to make a warm up playlist for my volleyball team and we all respond increadibly well to hardcore stuff. some of the stuff i already have is

Refused - new noise (greatest pump up song ever)
    Bayside - Devotion and Desire
    Fall of Troy
    Saosin
    Authority Zero - Revolution
    Dead Poetic - Vanus empty
36 Crazyfists - slit wrist theory

and a couple more that are ok. any suggestions. newer music would be better. we like to be current with our warm up music. except the older stuff on that list. so please don't say like AC DC or anything like that. thanks in advance. oh ya if you want to check out any of these songs go to seeqpod.com and just search for the title and double click the one you want. its a streaming music site so its really cool. way faster than downloading.

    Audioslave - Original Fire
Eagles of Death Metal - Only Want You
Electric Eel Shock - Don't Say Cake
Electric Eel Shock - I Love Fish But Fish Hate Me =(
Gnarls Barkley - Gone Daddy Gone
    Gnarls Barkley - Transformer
Kings Of Leon - Pistol of Fire
Polysics - I My Me Mine
    Shystie - Juiced
Survivor - Eye of the Tiger is an old song, but it's great for warm-ups and it goes great with montages.
Gitaroo Man Soundtrack - Twisted Reality
Gitaroo Man Soundtrack - 'Bee' Jam Blues
    Gitaroo Man Soundtrack - Ressurection
The White Stripes - Blue Orchid
    Wolfmother - Woman

AC/DC does a lot for me. If you are into that, I would also recommend Nine inch nails, metallica, and some guns and roses?

Those are some of my favorites..hope they help :)

Well I wouldn't reccomend Gnarls Barkley as warmup music either, but that particular song is pretty awesome for those kind of things. It's still the "weakest" song in the playlist though.
