I was frozen for iglooing and nothing else in less than two weeks. This is unheard of for me. I'm pretty safe while iglooing. I put the items in my SDB so TNT can't catch me selling anything, which normally has worked for about four months. After four months, I sell everything, then sell the account and move on. Another user on this forum was just frozen as well. I'm fairly sure they haven't been iglooing for very long. Anyone else have a similar story? This isn't to scare people into not iglooing, it's just to inform. I hope I can maybe help a few people keep there 'x'million NP on their igloo shell. :arf:

I've been iglooing overnight, every other night, since I joined (February 11th) to now (3 months and a couple weeks from then).

The only time I've been frozen you already know about, but to let everyone else know I transferred 8mil through trades, all in a few minutes (two browsers, same laptop, no proxy) between 3 accounts, because I'm smart like that. :D (Frozen for multi-accounting. I got my main back a few days later, but then got frozen for "scamming" a week later...:x)

Personally, I think iglooing's still safe.

I was iglooing all night, for about two weeks. It was a young account though, so I might be jumping the gun on this. Just a little warning. Maybe lay off just for a few days? I dunno. lol

if you see a young account witha whole bunch of ten k items for sale in the shop.... you will tend to look a little suspicious.

I didn't even have a shop. I wasn't selling the items yet because of the suspicion around young accounts with nice items.

    Weird... o_O

Well, I'll definitely let the AB'er cool down, maybe an hour and a half every other day... I only have one account lol.

I think lowering your profit threshold (i.e., putting 5k profit items on your list, instead of just 10k items) will probably help too, simply because it's hard to believe that there's a human with a robotic sense for 10k items, who's willing to sit for three hours just to get them :p.

I haven't started iglooing yet, thank goodness.
I might start though? I still don't know.

If iglooing is really becoming a serious freeze risk, I move to make the igloo AB a very high price here.

Agreed. Not many other sites have an igloo AB, and so it's important to keep the amount coming out of here down. For the sake of everybody who currently is or is planning on igloo AB'ing sometime in the future.

Of course, I think at least an informal study on the freeze rate is worth consideration, at least. (On the other hand, that might be all TNT needs to convince them to raise protection.)

Agreed. This would be a good option to keep new users, but I say old users too. Somehow, we need to cut down on people abusing this. this includes iglooing on 14 accounts. >.>

    aw losers.

still, we should do our part and raise the price... if and only if it is determined that igloo monitoring is increasing, of course.

Yeah, but we have 800+ copies out there alone. So we probably count for a large chunk of the iABers.

Raising the price now would be too late, imo

Is there any profit there? XD

As for it being too late, I think we should have to reissue them. I'm sure people would be MAD, but I think it would be worth it in the end.

To my knowledge, there are a few HTS unbuyables that occasionally show up there. But it probably isn't worth the risk, since TNT most likely has their AB detection blanketed across all shops.

Have to disagree with you there. What about the people who donated real money to get the forum cash for programs? I think the system could be changed so that you only rent programs which have NF authorization built in, but I don't think you should take away programs people already bought.
