I think im perm banned (ip'ed) on neopets.

Well I got iced after making a LEGIT account, but it got iced for using a cheat or downloadable program, but I didnt.

So yeah, whenever I try to log in on a new account I create it says bad password. But if i use a proxy it logs in perfectly.

Any tips on getting a new IP?

And please don't say the CMD one, doing ipconfig /release and /renew - I had to do several systemm restores to get my IP and internet working again.

 

Ring up your ISP. They can change it for you.

Alternatively, request a dynamic IP.

Means your IP always changes, hence, IP bans don't work.

whats their service like? i'm with BT and my supposed "8 meg" broadband, runs at about 6 meg during the weeks and, say, 200k at the weekends...

 

Well mines meant to be 1 meg i think - weekends I get like 800kb, but weekdays i randomly get like 3 meg O_O! - I'm not complaining if I have a 4+month account, restocking legit.

 

Thats wierd. Oh well, I'm stuck on a 6 gb limit, which I tend to go over by about 24 gb

You've probably got a dynamic IP then.

 

or they removed your ban. IF you get frozen wait awhile before making a new account

 

haha thats a problem. make a new email, like google or yahoo or something, and just try that
