    Just for anyone wondering what the hell is going on :p

    NOTA stands for None of the above,
    and the level 3 results are usually Person X and NOTA (Meaning only 1 person gets through, not the max of 2)
    so therefore NOTA has won every level 3 nomination :p

    So, i created a thread in level 3 chta saying WELCOME NOTA! as they needed a welcome to the group :p

    and zero's took it a bit too far :p
