well I dont think it's going to matter much because she's at level one already.... however I am going to see if it is true to something so trivial as this. I thought it pertained to things like paying for things on paypal and so forth
Nope. The whole guide is on the site, and you don't pay for anything. Not with real money OR neopoints. It's tedious. More like a puzzle adventure. There are guides on the internet for it. It's just a step-to-step process.
Well I think she was interested in having someone do all the tedious work for her thats why she was willing to pay. (I could be wrong though) I started the plot and got to the end and never finished myself. Got bored and forgot all about it.
If you don't understand something I'm sure someone here will be willing to explain it to you a little better with out jumping down your throat if you just ask. Most here are very nice but you do get a few that love to jump in and point fingers. So keep your chin up. When in doubt ask
