IcyKad Problem

    Ok, so I just got the IcyKad program, but I can't seem to open it.

    I got to this page, and doubled clicked the right icon and nothing comes up. I've tried this several times. Can anyone tell me what's going on, or if there are any required software that I need in order to open this program?
