Just general program which would work for IE or Firefox so it can refresh a certain page for you and tell you when a certain item on your list restocks or once a shop restocks.

So it just refreshes a shop for you at a certain refresh interval and when something on your list appears in the shop it makes a sound and you can restock the item yourself...also if it just loads on the side of your page but uses the same IE or firefox cookie so you dont have to log in every time you want to use the program. I think there would be a pretty low freeze rate for this since refresh intervals will still be randomly humanlike and you are still restocking the item yourself..

What do you guys think of that?

If you'd want a program like this to work, you'd need a very fast respond from yourself. Mostly by the time you get in the shop the item is already sold out otherwise.

So if you could make up something to fix that, I like your idea ;)

well it would take probably an extra second to open up that shop...wouldnt be good for shops like magic or stamp obviously but for slower shops like pharmacy, brightvale potions/armor or even toy/plushie at a fast refresh rate can be done nicely...

the key thing for me is that it automatically loads with your ie or firefox that way you dont have to log in everytime to use the program. I think it's pretty easy for TNT to catch on to people who use programs when they log on and off 6 times a day to restock and then stock there shop with the items

True, I got to agree with you there.

So it'd be only for the easier shops then..

Oh my god, if you cared to look, you'd see right away that this has been suggested many times before. Months later, it still hasn't been coded, and it probably won't be in the near future.

You could just load an aber with an empty list, or use a list and have 0 np on hand.

apparently you have nothing good to say about any of my posts, how would having 0 np on hand help me restock?? im talking about an alerter that loads on the side of your page and refreshes the page for you an notifies you when theres an item so you can restock it yourself. i wasnt talking about an average restock alerter that you have to log into everytime to use it and it refreshes a shop in a page you cant even see.

maybe not flaming every post i have is a good idea too

It's too bad that I have the decency to not reply. I don't mean to flame all of your posts anyways, I reply to content and not the author. You're just unlucky and happened to post things that annoy me.

That being said, since you've obviously never used an autobuyer before, you should know that you have to log into an account within an autobuyer. Therefore, an easy solution would be to use a shell, side, or ab account with the autobuyer, whilst logged in on a separate account in your browser.

Back in the day when there was atmos and a few other good abers i used to ab tons.

The aber idea on a seperate account is a good idea.

But the whole point of this topic is so that you don't need a program to log into another account and refresh so you can do everything from one account, but obviously you aren't reading my posts. Thanks.

Oh, sorry, I must have bad eyesight then. I didn't realize you stated that you wanted to do everything from one account.

And if anyone actually wanted to make this, it could probably be done with a greasemonkey script.

it would work great if it alert while ur waiting on that page and u refresh it urself or it auto refresh it itself
otherwise u would miss ur item before u even get to it
