    I don't see what the problem would be if he posted a few at his house now and then,
    especially if they're buying the same programs, because then you know it's not for points.
    If the other one was buying programs he didn't have, then it would raise concern.

    Anyone could login at *insert random users name here* and re-download the program and use it at their friends house.

    The friend could also send the program and just give them their auth.
