Igloo AB Question

    I downloaded the Igloo AB and when I enter in my information for authorization it tells me I'm not authorized. What could be causing this?

    This is kind of obvious, but make sure your account is activated, and the user and pass you enter are spelled correctly. (pass is case sensitive)

    If it still doesn't work, then you might have to contact a mod, or the programmer.

    Be sure you login with your neofriends account first and then your neopets account.

    One more question then. I am starting on a fresh account and not getting anything from the Igloo yet. Should I wait until the account is a little older? Or is it just because it's so late in the evening? I figured that it was because I just can't see many of the items on the Igloo AB list.

    There is no age on igloo Abing as far as I know? So you shouldn't be able to see everything in the igloo (or is it same as main shop?)

    No it's an igloo AB. Does internet connection also play a role in it? I have the refresh time from 2-3 seconds and 1 minute waits after restocks and I haven't gotten anything in 6 hours :(.
