Igloo Restock?

I heard somewhere that the Igloo restocks every kind of item. *give or take a few*
Is this true?
Is it just buyables/unbuyables?
If I make an Igloo AB list, should it have pretty much everything profitable in it?

 

Also, can you find Goodie Bags in the Igloo? *i.e. Acara Goodie Bag*

 

I think there's a limit up to r89 or some number around there...But it's definitely not 'every kind of item' strictly speaking.

 

Sooooooo you technically could get goodie bags?
Like the Usukicon Y10 Gift Bag which is r70?

I don't believe there's a bottom limit....but I'm not 100% sure its r89, could be r79 even. There's definitely an upper limit though and I have a feeling it's one of those two, can't remember at the moment.

Igloo did at one time i know stock the y10 bag, i remember getting it a year or so ago from igloo a couple times, don't know if it still stocks it, but i can confirm it did at one time.

 

I would think *and hope* it still does.
Seeing as the bag is still under r89.
