Im half way through making a sign "Will Suck C0*< FOR A SMOKE". Im onto my 3rd day and i feel like im about to relapse, anyone else here quit smoking before?
I quit when I joined the military. I don't think that really counts though since you don't really have time to miss smoking in basic training. I've tried a couple times since (yeah, I'm a dumb*** and started smoking again after I got out of tech school) but I just really have no desire to quit right now. Good luck though! Are you just going cold turkey or are you using the patch or something?
Yeah im going cold turkey.. I've tried once before and got to the 4th day and skitzed out because i couldn't sleep like every other night and rode to the petrol station at 1am and got a new packet. I think the addicition for me is in the sitting down for 5 minutes and relaxing while having a gentle puff of ma ciggie .. thats what i miss the most
