Inquiries about this chomby plush.

So I found this on eBay, and I sort of want to get it and I noticed there's a flag on its chest, just like those 1000 released in Canada, I was just wondering where it's from since I can't see properly? This is the only picture the seller provided >< Any info on it would be nice, thanks

^ Yeah I won one too. And it's 8 bucks plus shipping so oh well. I remember I only saw ONE Canada one on ebay, and it went up to 50 dollars, so I was a little questioning when I won this for $0.99. Oh well, a chomby is a chomby, reject/clone or not.
