IPOD VIDEO QUESTION

    My Ipod when i turn it on it shows a little ipod with a sad face on and under it says apple/support/ipod to get information there, but on the site it says to get it to manual mode or something. i cant do it because the powers low and everytime i put it to charge it doesnt charge i dont know what to do...if this happend to anyone else plz help.

    You either need to try and restore it by connecting it to your computer and going into iTunes, clicking the Summary Tab and clicking the restore option. (Using restore option 4)
    OR
    If you are unable to do that you need to take it into a store to get it repaired because it is a hardware problem.

    eehh...but when i plug it into the pc it doesnt even show up anything. itunes or even the hardware option because of the low power and it doesnt recharge for some reason

    Therefore it is a hardware problem and you need to take it to be repaired :(

    Ipod help

    Ipod really are evil try customer services. My ipod just won't connect to my computer. Try the ipod on a different computer if it works then your computers the problem if it doesn't it's the ipod.

    Ipod have a bad reputation with batteries , it could be that.

    Did you attepmt to charge in a wall socket or through your computer?

    try re-starting your i-pod
    you do this by pressing the middle button and the pause/stop button for like 15 (i know its less but im really not sure so just try up to 15)
    its either that or the middle button and the play button.

    see if that works =]

    Come to think of it, he's an electronic whizz.

    It seems like the battery problem. just google it. easily to find the problem.

    Mine would do this as well. I finally reset my iPod (Steps listed in an above post). Re-installed iTunes and the rest of the Apple stuff and then still had to un-plug and re-plug my USB link into the port a few times. After that it finally worked.

    iPod Video's tend to be very problematic, I don't have mine anymore though 'cause it got stolen.
