http://www.humanevents.com/article.php?id=32955 So yeah, Iran pretty much might be able to launch a nuclear attack in a few months. What do you all think the western world should do? And with the western world I mean the UN and the USA, pretty much. I think there's going to be a war there soon. Israel can't let Iran get nuclear weapons, because that would make Iran too powerful. And on the other hand, they can't just attack them because Iran would most probably retaliate even harder. So what do you all think will happen, and what should the western world do?
Make peace talks among the quarreling countries. UN will send peacekeeping forces sooner or later, I think they'll have peaceful talks.. hope they organise a proper poll so everyone will have a chance to vote. If worse comes to worse .. they'll fight and the whole world will be affected . >.<
Nuclear war will never happen while Dr. Manhattan is around! (Yes i did just see watchmen last night ) In all seriousness I don't see why we should get involved at all but eh we will
Has there ever been a time since 1948 when Israel hasn't been at war? The whole war between Zionists and Arabs is stupid, anyway. And, and this is my meager understanding of the topic, it's over one phrase in the Old Testament with regard to ownership of Israel. WTF. They are actually fighting over something that was translated from Old Hebrew into Latin over 1000 years after Old Hebrew became a "dead" language. Old Hebrew was a really weird language, which meant they pretty guessed parts, and probably made up phrases, and this is what is causing war? Anyway, that's my understanding of it. If I'm completely wrong, please ridicule me.
I think first, the US must attempt to prevent communications between iran and North korea. These are the two countries that are against the rest of the world and both are similar in testing Nuclear weapons. The US then needs to use massive force to destroy whatever nuclear program iran has, otherwise, nuclear weapons will be used by iran
This is a tricky one, because telling a country to disarm when you yourself have millions of nukes ready to obliterate their country would seem quite patronising. However, offering them incentives like freedom of trade between the countries will do wonders to stop them wanting to. The problem is the leadership. No individual can ever want nuclear warfare, but it seems to me sometimes that the leaders want to play games with people's lives. Anyway, that's my 2np's worth
