Is there a time a day where shops restock the most often?

    As far as I know, it's always completely random.

    I know the actual times of restocking is random. but im not sure the amount that is restocked is random.. Ive notice in the mornings they don't restock a lot of items.. has anybody noticed this?

    sometimes they do restock a lot, like jus now in when i was doing gardening. but then yesterday, it took forever to stock. its random actually. but its not always 8 timr an hour

    random, u can never predict the shop to restock most often
