Is underwater fishing worth it?

My pet is now Level 84 and all this time I've been fishing with this pet the most expensive thing I got is a "bag of broken neopoints". Is it even possible to get anything good from this thing?

If I remember you can get a "Flask of Rainbow Water" or something to that nature from it. Very nice item.

But, most people are only in for the avatar. Me, personally, thats the only reason I still go... -avatar hungry-

 

That's the only reason I go too. But I'm still wondering if I should continue to go after I get the avatar.

i dont personally take part in fishing, it just gives me more junk in my inventory, lol

 

you can have very good items, very rare, and its worth if you play for the avatar.

remember that you can usually play 2 times a day, not just 1

 

Isn't the mysterious swirly potion or whatever from underwater fishing?

 

its free with a chance for rare items, so why not?

you can get a "pike pike" which is worth a fair bit.

 

Flask of Rainbow Water (Or something) Sells for about 800k and turns a pet a random color, so its fairly ETS.

 

Heh. I'm currently composing an Item Guide for Underwater Fishing. I should have it up in a few days.

 

I think it's worth it, you have the chance to get a cool avatar and also pick up some rare items and it's not like it costs you anything just a minute of your time.

 

its frustrating to keep changing active pets in quickref though.. and the chance of getting something valuable is very very small :shock:
