    Open to below level ones, but with restrictions, such as:

    30 posts+
    5 rep+
    Below level ones can't sell for USD

    And of course if a seller doesn't want to trade with someone it's always their choice.

    I say its alright to let them because right now not many people are doing buisness there it seems.

    i say let them in but limit them to like the item market or account market. Give them a taste of it then give them full access at level 1 :)

    yeah, let them choose 1, and thats all they can hav with resritions. peronally, i almost 1 don't really care anyways, i usaully only trade with people who i've traded with before, or i know aren't doing to scam me, and not just random people, but it might help spark the what is pretty dead black market :)

    mehh, umm I say its not smart... lvl1 can be attained spam free in 3 days... or less seriously, If theyre in thaaaat dire of a need to sell or buy something... then theyre probably a maniac... lol

    If you really see it as a good idea... Then just let them in with the go first restriction but seriously I dont trust newbies :p
