Just got an Ipad

    it seems kinda cool

    anyone already got one? suggestions on what i should put on it?

    also it cant view flash based webpages...wtfx up with that?

    Adobe haven't created a Flash Plugin for Safari on Touch's, iPhone's or iPad's.

    Doesn't look like they will anytime soon. I don't even think its in OS4.0.

    Nope, think of it as a big Iphone. No flash what so ever.

    well longer batt life and the "oh look i have an Ipad, I am trendy" are the two advantageous i can think about :)..

    well..movies for now..lets hope some of the new books might release them on Apple too then Ipad users can dl and read them..

    heard from my classmate that the reason why Apple doesn't or can't make the Ipads,phones,touches flash-compatible is cause running flash heats up their chips when its running..dunno if its true or not.

    thats dumb...apple just needs to create a better system

    i dont want to sacrifice performance for no viruses to get a glorified paper weight

    Which one did you get? The one with 3G or just the wifi version? How many gigs?

    I've been thinking about getting one but i think it would be kind of redundant to have an ipad, ipod, and iphone.

    And where the heck did they come up with the name? Worst name ever if you ask me.

    I have the 16 gig one, whichever is the lowest version, not sure which one exactly

    i honestly probably wont ever use it, but its more of a family thing than for my own use...my mom will use it :p

    The games are where its at. One of my favorites at the moment is angry birds. Super fun and addicting.
    Fieldrunners is also a super fun game.

    lol. i angry birds is great..fieldrunners is kinda boring after awhile..the top scorer's score is =.="

    erm.but not much of a diff between playing it on a Iphone/Itouch..

    Jealous! i've just started my new job so hopefully in a few weeks i'll be able to afford one, i'm amazed by the fact you can read thousands of books with one!
