TOKYO--After the original Kingdom Hearts was released in 2002, Square Enix took the liberty of releasing its English-dubbed version in Japan so that Japanese Disney fans could enjoy the game with its original American voice actors. Square Enix will be doing the same with Kingdom Hearts II, but this time there's going to be an extra incentive for Japanese gamers to pick it up. At the Tokyo Game Show, Square Enix announced it will release Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix + in Japan. The game will be based on the American release of KHII, meaning that all the voices are dubbed in English with Japanese subtitles. The game will also feature a few extra updates, such as additional event scenes, battles, and map secrets. Fans of the Kingdom Hearts series will be interested to hear that Square Enix is releasing the game as a two-DVD set. The second disc will contain extra bonuses, including a complete PS2 remake of the Game Boy Advance game Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. The game will play with full 3D graphics, and some of the event scenes will feature voices (in Japanese, not English). Square Enix was scarce on details, but it promised that the remake would also have some other additions that weren't featured in the original GBA version. Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix + is slated for release in Japan in spring 2007.
wow, i actually got kingdom hearts 2 for christmas with the stradegy guide, well my sis go it but she doesnt play video games so its mine now , havent played it yet though, shouldnt this be in video games?
I never played this game. Why is it so popular? I just thought it looked funny because it had Disney characters with Final Fantasy characters. Is it an rpg or what?
yeah its an RPG, its not only disney though its final fantasy as well, its cool to see FF characters from the other games. i liked both kingdom hearts and kingdom hearts chain of memories, but like i said i havent played 2 yet XD ive been to busy on the net to play my video games
Cool kayla, so then explain to me. Are the Disney characters playable or are they just there to help out once in a while? I remember Final Fantasy games usually you have a party of 3 or 4 and you go off on your adventure. Just wondering if the Disney characters can be a part of that team.
well donald and goofy are in your party in kingdom hearts, and in chain of memories its confusing, you use cards to attack, so there not following you as a party but you could use a donald card to attack and he would attack, i really didnt like having donald and goofy in my party though >_< the main character is sora and there are more disney characters, basicaly you travel to worlds for example:aladin's world and its all linked to the whole story line but you know youd see aladin in aladins world and alice in the alice and wonderland world. but chain of memories is my fave because they introduced one of my new ave charaters larxene ^^ its kinda confusing, you could probally rent the game i think it would be worth trying to play, but everyones different. i dont know whats going on in 2 though.
Ohh that sounds neat Kayla! I can see why it's so popular but too bad I haven't had the chance to try it out. Maybe I can go find a cheap used one at the local video game store.
Awesome, awesome game(s). I look forward to final mix coming out here in the UK. Rumour has it in Kingdom hearts 3 they're having both a Toy Story and a Finding Nemo world, seeing as Disney have finally bought out Pixar. Can NOT wait.
How is the play? Is it good? I have belonged already of it, if it has never played, however! Has considered to me sometimes whether I should buy it. But I believe it will not function on my computer. It is too bad: (
Kingdom Hearts II ftw!!!!!! this game rocks lols, the gummi minigame is great. KHII is one of my fav games
Kingdom Hearts I is the only game Ive ever completed *triumphant* I would like to play the next one but dont find it
wow im surprised its the only game youve finished, being an RPG its soooooooo long, other games i usually finish 1-2 day but RPGs im not really finished unless ive done EVERYTHING and found every secret. also i never feel like ive finished castlevania games till ive filled the entire bestiary
I had some help.. but still   I don't play too many games...it takes me forever to finish them!
not all games are that way, i just played and finished The Suffering, which is really cool (hermes rules.) but if you have game faqs on your computer its super easy and wont take long depending on how long you play each day, but games really arent there for just finishing, i play them when i have nothing to do, which is alot of my life. also some really good advice, when you buy a game its always better to get a stradegy guide with game (mainly RPGs) but you get to find all the secrets and have a neat guide to go in your book case when your done ^^ but if i cant find a guide, there isint one for the game, and if its rare, i just end up using a faq at gamefaqs.com, or print it off (i rarely need to print off the whole faq though)
thanks for the advice and tips, I appreciate it xD Compared to me, you’re like a professional game player lol
i learned it all from my brother in law i9ts nice to have someone to always help you out, but guides are THE best, well that and gamefaqs XD
