Leeds and Reading Festivals

Anyone going to be going?

Smashing Pumpkins are headlining so now I have to go. Even though the majority of the other bands playing are terrible.. There are some other decent artists though - LCD Soundsystem, Bloc Party, Biffy Clyro, RHCP, Arcade Fire.. Sonic Youth and Courtney Love are rumoured to be playing too.

Lots of terrible stuff though, but you can't have everything :/

Reading festival sounds awesome, i'd love to go. Well atleast over here in australia we have Big Day Out. Theirs been a few really good bands play there over the years, check it out if your bored http://www.bigdayout.com

 

I have to say that they have an ace website! Not keen on the bands that played that I'd heard of, but many of them I'm unfamiliar with.

I went to Leeds two years ago when the Pixies, Foo Fighters and Queens of the Stoneage all played. I think we're going to Reading this time though.

 

Hmm never heard of it, might have to go and see ^^;

 

the smashing pumpkins have gotta be worth it.

i thought they disbanded when billy corgan went solo, guess i thought wrong.
