Not for me luckily lol but for my boyfriend. While he was deployed, she was cheated on him...both times, and when he got back this time around they had already filed paperwork for divorce and not only that, she completely trashed their house before she left. The day they got divorced (June 19th) she got remarried...to another soldier! (how about that) So anyways they had agreed that he takes ownership of the house and his vehicle...only thing is while he was deployed she had used power of attorney to get the title and loan under her name completely. So by court law she was to hand over the title to him and he gave her MANY attempts to do so, and it was only until the 11th of August she finally did it, and I was there as a witness. Today he received a packet of papers saying she is taking him to court holding him in contempt for failure of payment on the vehicle in july. All this time while the truck was under her name (even when he was deployed) he made payments to the truck. He missed ONE payment in July and get this...she gave him the title on the 11th right, she had filed for this on the 7th! I personally don't think he should be held responsible for payment of his truck until it is under his name. His court date is September 28th but he will be caught up on that one payment on the 1st. So do you think he is just going to court to make her look like a fool or can this still be a pretty big problem? (sorry if this message is too long or doesnt make sense I been up since 3am for my new job T_T)

I guess no one's ever been divorced. But that's a good thing then :)
