Levels and stuff

    What are the advantages to being Level I, II, III, coder, graphix, etc?
    Also what additional responsibilities does being a coder entail?

    And as for programmer, you'll have to make at least 1 program.

    Having graphix award is just having the award :p Nothing extra, I think..
