There's no definite chances set in stone. It's all based on how long you use the programs for, and when you use them and such.

Oh ok. Thanks. I don't know if I want to risk using an AB on my main account so I'll wait until I go over my friend's house and use his account that he doesnt want anymore.

Igloo has almost none since I have been running it on a refresh rate of 5 seconds and have been using it for a full day and not have been frozen

It all depends on the refresh rate.
If you are using it for a couple of hours then 5-6 secs is a pretty good number.
Always try to leave it off for double the time you had it on also.
You should stay alright that way but remember; YOU ARE NEVER 100% SAFE WHEN USING PROGRAMS

Well yea or everybody would be using it by now. Too bad two of my accounts got iced. It's so annoying to start over again.

Well, it depends on how often you refresh and how long you leave it on. The quicker the refresh, the longer you leave it on makes it more likely to be banned/frozen.

What would be a good refresh rate for around 5-10 hours?

Check out the new blerp, apparently its reduces the chance of you getting frozen like crazy.
