You can find the next part to the puzzle by clicking on the image. It's a bit like sudoku. You have to figure out which name corresponds to which number. With that, you input that into the last image.

I thought I had it right, but I may have misinterpreted a clue.

    Yeah, no worries.

    So far I've gotten:
    1 - Slayer
    2 - Harbor
    3 - Newton
    4 - Flower
    5 - Vinden
    6 - Silent
    7 - Winter
    8 - Adagio
    9 - Shadow

The problem is, how am I meant to interpret:
Does that mean it turns before crossing Flower Street? Or after?

    edit: worked it out dw

    I'm stuck on Rain3.

Meaning that you don't just write the letters of the streets vertically?

Well with 1 and 2, you work out which street name refers to which number.
Once you have that, you input the names into the boxes, from 1 to 9. Each street only has 6 letters.
The answer will be the letters highlighted in Rain3.
Boxes 1 and 4 have two letters, so you can have 4 total combinations from mixing those 2 letters around, along with the other combinations.
    Here's the answer:
