I've got a big athletics competition coming up tomorow and have had about an hour worth of training. :|
I'm 14 and can jump around 4.5-5 m (not really sure), what do you think a girl around my age should be getting?
I'm also doing 100m hurdles and have had no training what so ever. I'd say I'm pretty fast but I've never really done hurdles before and I'm scared of tripping over and made a laughing stock. :D
So do any of you have any tips and stuff to help me before tomorrow. I'm proper nervous about it and don't want to come last. :p

It depends a lot on the state you're in and whether you're looking for regional, state, or national level recognition. If you're just starting out 15.5 seconds in the 100M hurdles is a great time to look too but low 16's isn't too terrible. As for long jump 5M is a good starting point :) Make sure to get your steps right and to practice to your steps and reach thoroughly. Also for both events make sure you stretch a lot especially your hamstrings as they often take the most sudden jerks in both of those events and are the first to strain to tear. I'd get some hurdles in before your race and try and get a solid 7 steps in before you reach your first hurdle then since you're just starting out I'd say 4 steps in between each hurdle. Unless you are taller and are wicked fast then a solid 3 step is the preferred method to get over all hurdles :)

I'm 18 and I can jump 3 metres. (without any velocity*)

well a girl like you should be getting...around 5.1 metres? I am not sure. You're pretty good though.

I have been done some athletics courses and soon realised it wasn't for me.

Keep working and you won't come last. :p
Do some plyometric jumping exercises. It really helps a lot. :p
