Looking for Chat Buddy

I am really bored and I need a buddy, It can help me get level one, and won't be spamming! Someone please come on now

 

I'm pretty sure there is no board on Neofriends where you can just chat w/ people, other than Level 1, 2, and 3 private chat. You just get the these levels, and then you can chat w/ people.

By the way, the posts on those boards don't give you points.
If it's really 'chatting' you want to do, just PM someone about their AIM, or something. Neofriends isn't really the place to be doing something like that.

I'd just keep posting 5-10 posts everyday. In a month or two you'll have enough for a good AB or something =O

And if you're going to actually spend money on neopets, use the blackmarket once you get to Level 1. You can buy or sell neo items, points, accounts, and pets.
