Looking for Program that...

...can pass over my IP ban that i have on neopets (apparently permanent because it always tells me to sign up and tells bad password when it is the right password :? )

PLease don't post for points i'm talking serious here :shock:
I tried proxy sites and it works but some pages gives an error so i need a serious and capable program :roll:

 

I tried many proxies but many don't even connect to the pages i also tried Ip Hide Platinum thingy ...didn't work so now i'm downloading IP Hider 2.7 :?

 

If all else fails you can try using ibypass.com or one of their sister sites to hide your ip.

 

try using a dial up or go to an internet cafe to double confirm you have been ip-banned and not just a cookie problem?

 

I already did that and yes i'm ip-banned

 

Have you contacted your ISP and asked for an IP change?

 

Yeah, just contact your ISP. They have changed mine in the past.
