Major Keyquest Problems

Is anyone else been having a lot of trouble with keyquest lately? I haven't been able to play for a couple days now and whenever I try to join the newbie room my browser freezes..... I've tried both FF and IE, neither work. Whenever I go to the main chat, the same 40 or so users all appear to be playing (for three days striaght now) and I can't join any games. I really wish TNT would step it up and fix this because it's an incredibly cheap way to get codestones and neggs.

i use FF but everytime i bring my laptop at work, it only gives out me 3 bars of signal, and keyquest is a no no because it'll freeze up.
but when i play keyquest at home and i got fios connection, it works like butter.

 

I also think that it may have something to do with, how much you allow the flash player to store the memory for Neopet.com
if you right click it, and properties, one of the tab should allow you to change it.

 

I thought it was just a glitch neo hasnt fixed yet?
I know most of the time i get kicked from the game.
and many othe rppl seem to have the same problem.

 

The program is still in beta, that means there's testing still to be done.
You shouldn't expect perfect performance until it's officially complete and released.
Give Neo time to take care of it, you know they're slow.

 

now it works fine again must have been some bug tnt hasnt ironed out yet. thanks for the suggestions!!

 

My computer says it has a 24Mbps connection, but I still have slow loading times, and when it comes to the mini-games, the combination of lag, and signals not getting through guarantees my loss. I am attempting to re-install Adobe Flash Player now. Any other suggestions?


edit: The install did not appear to help and I was wrong about the connection, it was 54 Mbps.

edit: Upon further review, my load times for the game seemed faster, but I seem to be getting stuck at the waiting screen for the mini games now.

edit: A few more key games later, and apart from the small inconveniences, like the map not loading sometimes, the problems seem to have been solved.

 

i experienced this lag too. I always lost when it comes to mini game [...] At first i thought it was because of my slow connection, but it seems that's not the problem. Anyone can give us a suggestion?
