I am willing to pay +rep AND Nps. I have a few... things that have to be added. It is a Fire related guild I am asking my guild members now on specifics. I will provide screenshots of the things that are needed and the way they are now. (ie subcouncil, side space for announcments ect) Since neopets changed their layout my guild layout just looks like crap.
