    Not telling because you'll just be jealous psshh..
    On Photoshop, you select the whole thing, go on Select>Modify>Smooth, and then round the edges and delete the stuff outside the selection. But I think Luna uses GIMP so it's probably different.

    Yes, GIMP is freeware and has many photoshop capabilities.
