Yea the premium people are useless. They have no contact to the HQ other then enabling or disabling your premium service. Not sure about being uniced after abing, I was iced once for abing and didnt even bother.
Yeah I usually never bother because they can find out everything if they look in the database and knowing TNT, they will if I even try to fill out a form.
