Some of you might have seen my guide to igloo autobuying. viewtopic.php?f=80&t=17469 I might have even answered some questions but Id like to clarify a few things that have been debated in my igloo guide thread and for those who havent seen my igloo guide as I know the iglooer is an extremely popular aber in the Neocheater community. Some people say you need proxies, others suggest only using 1 acct. Some say to hide your loot and wait to sell it, others suggest a slow refresh rate. I say loosen up. Ther is no need for proxies with the igloo. You can safely igloo on multiple accounts on the same IP or back to back (switching accounts every 10 items). I have iglooed for over a year and have never been frozen for it. I have run the igloo autobuyer on 7 different accounts, bought 10 items on each acct (70 items in 5 hrs) for a week straight. Made a few million, sold the profit and all of those accounts are still alive today. In addition to blatant cheating with 7 accts on 1 IP, I carelessly transferred the items by placing them all in the shop for 1 np and then buying them from 1 other account so basically, I used 1 acct to buy 60 other items worth 5-100k from 6 accts, then sold all 70 in my shop daily for a whole week and was not iced. I basically cheated as blatantly as possible to test TNT, to see if they wud bust me for igloo destruction... They DIDNT. My IP has been IP banned and is even on alert with TNT. If this doesn't convince you of the level of safety of the igloo, I dont know what will. One final note. I do not use my accts for anything other than iglooing. No games, no boards, no nice pets, no battles, and no other autobuying of any kind. I cant promise such results if you try wat I just described on accounts that do do these things. Also be sure to know that ther is always fluke icings. I have heard of people being frozen in unfreezable situations and altho this has never happened to me, I believe it could happen if you are reported by a jealous neopian or something. Dont yell at me if you try this out and get iced, Im just reporting my findings. With all that cleared up, im open for any questions, and GOOD LUCK!!
I agree with this. I used to leave the ABer running all day all night when we were still allowed to buy unlimited items per day and never got iced for it. I even used 1-2 refresh rates. I made millions really fast by ABing and and then auto-pricing, I didn't have to do anything.
funny seems how heya was chained iced for igloo yesterday.... you think you cant get frozen just bc you didn't pl have been frozen i know of 2 ppl this month alone that have
I don't know if my IP is banned, but I got a warning, like you know xD I'm just wondering if neopets is observing my account, if I'm on a list, or if they were just sending a warning to be sure that I won't restart. Cuz I made the famous infraction like at 1:00 PM and at 1:10 PM I got neomail from TNT, so probably they just don't need to observe me... But also, for the ABing. I'm ABing on my main account for a week, I got one painted pet, I got decent profits, I got really rare clothes for my grundo, and I'm not iced.
This might be relevant for me to say: heya was chain-iced for having multiple accounts making NP. So its possible that TNT didn't catch him ABing at the Igloo, but rather just making profits on multiple accounts there. So just a few proxies should make multi-accounting at the igloo safe.
As far as I know, Abing in the Igloo on one account cant really get you frozen. I abed for 72 hours strait with the ultra-rare list you made, i got like 15 pinatas, a bag of peanuts, 2 Usukicon Y9 gift bags, and a snorkle snout. Transfered them all to my main the next day, sold them, didnt get frozen. ^_^
Exactly the point ive been trying to push! As long as the only thing you do on ur multiple accts is the igloo and are careful to not transfer like a menace between them you will 99.9% chance NEVER be caught. People like to argue this and tell me how theyve been frozen, but Im sure that thers a reason why ive been iglooing more than anyone on this site for the past 45 days and have seen no ice. Follow basic safety precautions when using multiple accounts and when selling off the goods and youll be fine.
Adam is right. Like I said, I got a warning from TNT for copying a userlookup. Well I continued ABing and I'm still not iced ^^ I ABed all the night and my account is still alive ^^ So really, Igloo AB is so much safe =)
Same here.. I've igloo ABed on two or three separate accounts and just trade the 10 items from one account to another for like 5k-10k so it looks like a trade and I've been doing this several weeks without so much as a warning.
Do you mind telling us how you transferred the items? ---------------------- I put them in my shop on my side un-priced, next day i put them in trades, neomailed my main saying: "Hi i have sum stuff 4 u" and i offered 10k on each lot with my main. Accepted them on my side and then sold them in my shop. I usually always reply to the neomail, just to be safe. Ive used this transfer method 15-30+ times without proxies.
That's pretty much what I do. Put them up for a trade and say "Reserved for a friend" or something, then offer like 5k - 10k on my main so it just looks like a trade where someone doesn't know what the loot is worth.
I have a different idea, I put all my items bought on my side in the shop for 1np and buy them all up on my "main" really quickly. Be sure when you do this that you do codestones and extremely ets items 1 at a time. The shops are actually a really secure place to transfer...
I think that sounds risky in a sense that if someone is running a User Shop ABer for codestones or something, they'd snatch them right up before you had a chance to.
Lol, I just make a quick trade .. no special comments or anything. Running two accounts, same IP, making an average ~300k per day and have been going at it for a week or two. No warnings, no freezings, nada.
It's a great method, but also a really risky method. I don't think it's a great idea to take that much risk to transfer items bought with Igloo AB. Juste AB on your main, or make trades that seems a little real. Even if your trades doesn't look real, I made a lot of trades like that, to transfer NPs from another account, and I never got iced.
Exactly why I said do codestones 1 at a time... If I have 10 igloo items and 2 codestones, Ill make the 10 igloo items 1np, buy em, and then separately make the 2 codestones 1np and buy them. I learned this cuz once i did it with a codestone as 1np and some1 got in my shop and bought like 40k worth of items for 6nps. O well, no harm done.
eh.. since my names been tossed up... I will say as of being chained iced, the igloo is SAFE, BUT, you can still get iced for other things as a result of igloo abing. The buying of items in the igloo is safe, but what you do with them can make the different between getting iced and not. generally, i'd say igloo abing IS safe, or the safest abing there is.
the igloo aber doesn't seem to work too well for me. maybe i just have a crappy version or something, lol. left it on all night and only got 3 things with a log filled of miss this & miss that. it tries for the same item & misses like 6 times in a row. dunno if that's normal or what. ;/
I igloo 10 accts, 100 items a day. I dont have the time to make little "real" trades with 100 items. I never lose items and I dont get iced. Currently, I am using an igloo aber that stocks and prices items after it buys them so lately I just put 30 bottles of sand on one acct for 99999 and just buy em up on the other accts.
