My IP Ban

    Like a month ago, I got an IP ban. This is my second time having this ban, but I don't know how long it will take. What's the maximum an IP ban can go before it is permanent? Do you guys have any experience with one more than 1+ months but not permanent?

    I assume an IP ban can be indefinite, however there is a simple solution, just change your IP address through your router.. doesn't take long and that solves your problem =]

    Else.. well just wait and see how long it takes till you can go back on it =]

    I think the maximum is like 6months or something o_O?
    And like beardi said, changing your ip would be your best solution :D

    Yeah, some routers you can just turn them on and off again and your IP is different, it's dynamic or static I think. You could try and just go through a proxy, or call your ISP and get your IP changed.

    Another solution would be to use a proxy, though I'm not sure if that actually changes the IP neopets sees.



    When I got an IP ban, I just reset my modem :/

    wow that sucks i heard they last real long . I have never had a ban myself tho.

    I had an IP ban that lasted for 4 months I think ._. I didnt change my IP adress.
