My room smells like shit

It smells like a fucking ashtray. I really need to stop smoking in here or at least stand by the window.
Anywho, the ashes keep falling into my keyboard and I'm just wondering if this is dangerous. I haven't googled it because I like the idea thatit might blow up in my face.

My ex was a smoker and he would talk about ashes in his keyboard, but I don't think it's really dangerous or anything. Just shake your keyboard into the trash can.

 

Well it's notreally the ashes I'm worriedabout, it's more the ember. Sometimes I see ember fall into my keyboard and it keeps glowing for awhile underneath the keys.

Get an ashtray/empty soda can then.

 

I have one, but I keep the ciggarette between my fingers while I type :/

Im a smoker. But we always only smoke outdoors and/or in our bar room outside the house.

I cant stand it after party's all you can smell is tobacco!!

But nothing compares to the smell of cigars.

Maybe get a smelly candle? Or something...

Or even one of those little black cigarette holder thingies? XD If you get what that is..

 

Bah! I enjoy smoking, I'm not going to quit all the small things I enjoy that's bad for me, that'd just be boring.

Yeah, I try to light incense. But it doesn't really answer the ember + keyboard = ? equation

 

I'm a smoker but I would never smoke in my room/apartment. It's disgusting to smell to when you don't smoke yourself (even if you do). So just go outside every time you need a cigarette. It's nicer to smoke outside too. And it'll probably make you smoke even lesser. /lame english

To answer your questions: to me its pretty obvious that ember isn't good for your keyboard nomatter what. And if you're "scared" just don't smoke near your keyboard..

doesn't seem like it'd be that much a problem
there's not that much going on down there though you might melt some plastic?
you could always pry off your keys to clean it out

Pretty cold if you can get the liquid out of it, without it evaporating, then you can freezeflowers and stuff
