    Does this item also stock in regular shops ? Or is it only avaible with fishing ? :)

    Only available from fishing.

    If your pet has a high enough level to catch one, though (don't pound or transfer the pet, or else it'll go back down to the default of none), it'd be a great catch. =D (Around 1.2mil on the TP ish, last time I checked.)

    I think it was 90+, but confirmation would be needed.
