Name Change and Proxy Guide?

    1) Could an administrator please edit my name and make it AcidSpiral instead of acidspiral? xD I didn't realize when I joined the site that it allowed caps in names and all lower case just looks so... Blah. :S

    2) I know I saw a few threads with links to proxy sites and guides somewhere, but I can't seem to find them now. Any help finding them please?
